AlleyOop's DoubleBed design with integrated
AirShock System provides a softer, safer, yet
more responsive bounce. How it works.
Two beds are safer than one. Why? By dividing
the springs between two beds separated with an
air space in between, we've created a
"shock absorption zone" that is over 50% more
forgiving than a standard trampoline bed.
Like air soles in running shoes, the DoubleBed
"zone" slows down the rate of energy transfer
between the jumper and the trampoline. This
extra split second makes a big difference,
especially during an awkward landing, because
it allows the forces of impact to be absorbed
over a larger area of the body, like an airbag
in a car.

Our unique two-rail design allows the user to
"tune" the bounce for optimal performance. The
system literally grows with your family. The
84-spring configuration is strongly recommended
for users under 150 lbs. The system can later be
"tuned up" to 112 springs for more performance
as kids grow. No other system offers this
adjustability. |

The patent pending AirShock System provides a
chamber of air between the upper and lower beds,
cushioning and stabilizing the jumping surface.
It performs three key functions: (1)
it acts as a cushion to absorb and distribute
impact forces; (2) it starts the lower
bed in motion, permitting a seamless transfer of
energy; and (3) it acts to maintain the
spacing between the beds at all times. This
third element is especially important if one
jumper is coming down while the bed is "kicking
back" from another jumper coming up — a common
situation on many backyard trampolines.
[NOTE: We join the U.S.
Consumer Product Safety Commission and safety
experts in recommending that only one jumper be
allowed on the trampoline at a time.]

Rail segments are joined with
our patent pending Sure-Lok™ anti-torsion system
— another first from AlleyOop
Sports! These joints prevent twisting and
"potato-chipping" common to backyard
trampolines. |

Our patented net/pole assembly provides
unmatched strength and flexibility, and is
the only system to incorporate a triple
fail-safe design. Unlike all other products
on the market, our system has 3 net support
elements, any one of which is strong enough to
safely catch a 250 lb. person. First: A
heavy duty strap (with over 3500 lb./in2 burst
strength!) weaves through the top of the netting
to provide the primary suspension support.
Second: Our "Exo-System" design wraps the
net around the outside of the poles. Even if the
upper strap were to break, the net is still
supported by the poles and cannot collapse
during an impact. When a person impacts the net
on one side, the netting and poles on the other
side actually help to "catch" the impact,
keeping the net up and in place and jumpers
safely inside! Third: The net is attached
to each pole using interwoven shock cords held
in place by a high strength strap wrapped candy
cane fashion up the pole. The Triple-Safe™
system means peace of mind — giving you the only
true safety enclosure available.
WARNING:
Most competitive products do not use strapping
at the top, merely "sewn-in" connections that
can rip or pull apart on impact. These systems
are mounted inside the poles, with essentially
free-floating nets, which can collapse if the
elastic suspension loops break or slide down the
poles. The netting itself offers little or no
impact resistance. No competitive enclosures
incorporate pole straps.

AlleyOop's patented Overlapping Entry —
unique design provides continuous protection, 24
hours a day, 7 days a week! Kids can't
accidentally "forget" to close the door.
Competitors use a door flap design, which kids
usually leave open, and is a weak spot that can
easily break during a fall. |
